What counts as a trace?
A trace represents one complete LLM interaction - from user input through your RAG pipeline to the final response. This includes all the metadata, scoring, and audit information we collect.
How does billing work for overages?
On the Startup tier, you get 50,000 traces included. Additional traces are billed at $0.001 each ($1 per 1,000 traces). Billing is calculated monthly and charged automatically.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade from Hobby to Startup tier at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data and configuration remain intact during tier changes.
