OUR MISSION

Teckel AI is at the forefront of document-level quality ops for AI systems. We believe that garbage in means garbage out, and the key to reliable AI is improving the ground truth that powers it.

Born from firsthand experience building enterprise software at a massive company, I witnessed firsthand how AI chatbots trained on outdated or incorrect documentation consistently misled users- claiming features that never existed and providing wrong guidance about critical workflows.

Despite us as subject matter experts maintaining accurate documentation over our software, we had no visibility into what users were asking the AI system and had no control over the conflicting sources polluting the knowledge base. That critical disconnect between those who know their products best and the AI systems people learned about them from them sparked our mission.

We're building the missing layer in the AI stack: ground truth knowledge insights that connect user query trends to documentation gaps to empower subject matter experts to fix information problems at the source. We trace every AI response back to its origins, identify exactly which documents are causing issues, and give product teams the tools they need to ensure AI accuracy.

Because those who understand products best should have visibility and control over what AI says about them.
